I have been on hiatus for 6 yrs, but I’m back.  My last vintage furniture sale was 6 yrs. ago and I claimed that that was the last one.  But here I am again determined to create fresh new designs.

I have a large collection of furniture that I have painted and decorated.  I find it relaxing to concentrate on the old pieces making them my canvas and watching them come alive again:  Calling it recycling.  This year I will probably have close to 100 pieces for my sale.

I paint at least 4 pieces at a time and each piece takes time for me to imagine the finished product that will entice a buyer.  My pieces have wholesale prices.  I love having the sale and meeting new people who enjoy art.  My painted furniture sale is the first week of August 4, 5, and 6.  Time:  9 am-7. My address is:  8079 Skyline Dr, between Wallings and Sprague, next to 77.

Let’s keep our fingers crossed for pleasant weather.  RAIN DATES:  Aug. 11, ,12, 13.

Look for the big white tent.

Talk about recycling.  These were orginally bowling balls, but now they are garden orbs.  Can withstand rain and sun.  Painted and sealed.  They can sit upon rocks, flower pots, bird baths or a metal stand.  The skies the limit.  Be creative and bold.  They will be on display at Studio B’s art reception at Brecksville Center of the Arts the month of April.
